When Technology Goes Wrong...

I don't know if you've ever watched an "unboxing" video, but often when I'm contemplating buying a new piece of technology, I troop on over to YouTube to scope out one of these videos that demonstrate a "first look" at the item. It's dry stuff but very helpful. Unfortunately, in this case, things go awry quickly.

I'm very familiar with the concept of technology gone wrong. I have a daughter who can help me out - fortunately.

It's so annoying when things don't work right...and such a relief when the problem is finally solved. I totally understand people who've told me that they wanted to pitch their computer out the window at such times. As for me, I just get stubborn and determined to find whatever computer-devil is causing the problem. It becomes almost a test of wills.
