Chamomile Tea and Peter Rabbit

I was a tiny bit under the weather today and drinking copious amounts of chamomile tea and honey. Somehow I can't think of chamomile tea without thinking of Peter Rabbit (it wasn't my favorite book, but I love Beatrix Potter's drawings. If you've never seen the 2006 movie about her, Miss Potter, I highly recommend it.

I couldn't take to the movie MISS POTTER. I actually did not read much PETER RABBIT growing up, but yes, the drawings are exquisite.

I hope you're feeling better now, Myrna! Perhaps you "nipped it in the bud"? Sure hope so.
I was out for breakfast with a girlfriend this morning, and half of the customers were coughing. Not me (so far), knock wood....
Didn't see above movie ... didn't read much of the book back in yesteryear ... but I DO remember the lovely illustrations. (I probably looked through the books back when I was "shelving them" when volunteering in my school library.)

Yes, feeling much better (have no idea what it was - something minor since I'm up and running today). Miss Potter was kind of a quirky film and I could see why it wouldn't appeal to everyone. I suppose I liked the "publishing against the odds" aspect.

It's funny how none of us were into Peter Rabbit, but liked the illustrations (or maybe not. The story was pretty simplistic, wasn't it)?

Keeping my fingers crossed that you don't catch what the other customers had, Elaine.
