It's Clean Up Your Room Day!

I didn't know that until a few moments ago, so it was a bit odd that I spent a lot of time today shoveling out my office (I found--gulp--correspondence I had lost. It was over a year old. I'm going to have some apologizing to do). It was so bad that I almost needed one of these.

Hanomag bulldozer

Okay, maybe it wasn't that bad. Other than the unanswered letter (stuck between two folders rather than inside a folder where it should have been), most of my cleaning simply involved filing and recycling. But it feels so good to have it done. Enjoy the day, whether you bulldoze anything or not!

Ahhhh. I can relate to that feeling when things are where they are supposed to be. Wish I could have that feeling right now. My desk is cluttered, and cluttered high. I have piles on my office floor, so many that I don't want to turn around and look at them.
I keep telling myself, "This too shall pass." Yeah, right. It's just like dusting: you just get finished and it needs to be done again. It isn't fair! LOL.

LOL That's always been my feeling about dusting. If it would just stay done for several months at a time, I wouldn't mind doing it! Living a mile or so from a limestone quarry, the need to dust is incessant.
