I seem to have a lot of quite dramatic books on my pile right now. My son gave them to me as ''must reads". A mix of mystery & thrillers by the look of them.
I have lots of romances in my TBR pile (with Laura Moore's ONCE TASTED, Maisey Yates' AVENGE ME, and Maya Banks' GIVING IN after I finish my current 2-in-1 medical with Scarlet Wilson and Judy Campbell stories). When I hit the library tomorrow, though, I hope to find RED GREEN'S HOW TO DO EVERYTHING book. I'm also looking forward to reading Chris Hadfield's AN ASTRONAUT'S GUIDE TO LIFE ON EARTH, but it will have to wait re long waiting lists and my other reading commitments first.
