Best Book Lists 2016

As you know (if you've been here the past few years), every year I post links to many of the best books of the year lists. I do make an attempt to cover multiple book genres and different types of lists, but I'm sure I still miss some of the best ones. Still, hopefully, you can find some great books from the lists below:

As noted, I couldn't cover everything, but if you glance elsewhere on many of these sites, you'll find more of the best. In the sidebars of the Goodreads Choice pages, above for example, other "best of" genres are covered. Kirkus and others also cover multiple genres. (And yes, I did leave Romance off the list. It's just a bit too close to home, but there are online lists that cover the various sub-genres of romance novels.
