A Love Story...of Sorts
I confess that I'm terribly fond of those anniversary photos in the newspapers (you know, the ones that show the couple on the day they got married and then as they are now). There's just something so touching and wonderful about seeing a couple when they were young and knowing that they're still together years later.

Lovely story. I wondered if they edited out the part about money, as the Dad/Grandpa talked about how much time and effort it took for his son to find such a car and didn't appear to mention how extravagant a gift it really was. Wow. Can I be adopted? LOL.
I'm guessing that they wanted the story to be heartwarming without speaking to the issue of price. I'm sure it was pretty expensive, though.
I didn't care what the price was. I'm just surprised they didn't comment about how extravagant/decadent it was for a gift! It's one heck of a gift.
