I don't dare look too closely at my TBR list. It's growing. I feel like that man in the old Twilight Zone who needed/wanted more time to read (I, however, don't see other people as distractions the way he did). Oh well, isn't it true that half the joy of having a TBR list is knowing that it's so long that you'll never run out of books to read?

I just started Shirley Jump's The Sweetheart Bargain but doubt I get back to it for awhile. Am trying really hard to get to the bottom of my desk and get my "system" working again re handling my "to-do" list before I continue reading. I need to have a "clear head" (clear desk) before I can focus elsewhere....
I hope you enjoy Jim Henson's bio. I recently read Bob Newhart's autobio and loved it.
Laney4, I envy you your clean desk. Right now I need to get a shovel so that I can get to mine.(I really do know where everything is, but that doesn't mean that it isn't a mess. Too many things going on at once, so the piles are multiplying and beginning to slide into each other).
Now, Myrna. I DID say I was "trying really hard". I didn't say I'd actually FOUND my desk! Tsk, tsk. I still haven't found it, but I AM digging deeper every day!!! Good luck with your shovelling, both figuratively and literally!
